I bring systems, technology, automation and day-to-day operational execution together, so the business runs with greater clarity and continuity.
That means the CRM behind the leads, the workflows behind the follow-up, the setup behind a course or a launch, and the documentation that keeps it all maintainable. I work alongside the specialists already on the team and connect what they produce into systems that run.
GoHighLevel is where much of that work happens. It is a capability, not the whole picture.

What I watch for
The work is connected. The systems should be too.
These are patterns I look for in any growing business, not observations about a particular account. Each one is a place where good work loses momentum between tools, and each one is addressable.
Pattern 01
Work lives in more places than one person can hold.
Campaign assets, CRM records, course platforms, forms and task lists each sit in their own tool, and the connections between them live in people's heads.
With an operational partner
One person who understands how the platforms connect, keeps the links between them working, and knows what breaks when one of them changes.
Pattern 02
A launch has more moving parts than a launch date.
Registration pages, forms, tags, reminder sequences, access rules and confirmations all have to exist and fire in the right order before anything goes out.
With an operational partner
The technical execution behind the launch, built to a checklist, tested along the important paths, and tracked so nothing is discovered at the last minute.
Pattern 03
Processes that only exist in conversation are hard to repeat.
When a setup is done once and never written down, the next person to touch it has to reverse-engineer what was intended.
With an operational partner
SOPs, process maps and handover notes written in plain language, so the same result can be repeated by whoever runs it next.
Pattern 04
Small operational issues wait for someone to own them.
A workflow that stopped firing, a tag that is no longer applied, an access problem: each is minor until it quietly affects a campaign.
With an operational partner
Routine checks on workflows, data and campaigns, with issues investigated and either resolved or escalated with the detail needed to decide.
Pattern 05
Repetitive work keeps being repeated.
Manual steps get absorbed into the routine, and nobody has time to step back and ask which of them a system could handle.
With an operational partner
Repetitive steps identified, documented and, where it is sensible and approved, automated so people spend their time on the work that needs them.
The gap is usually between the tools, not inside them.
Most platforms do their own job well. What tends to be missing is someone who holds the connections between them: who knows what feeds what, what has to be ready before a launch, and what to check when something stops behaving.
Core services
Four areas where I can carry operational work.
These are capabilities I can implement, not a claim that every item is already built or deployed in any particular account. What gets built, and in what order, depends on priorities, access and what already exists.

Workflow creation, testing, troubleshooting and optimisation
Lead capture, segmentation, follow-up and lead-readiness processes
Email and SMS automation
Connecting forms, pipelines, workflows and the systems around them
System documentation, process mapping and operational improvements
02
Courses, launches, offers & campaigns
The operational and technical execution that turns a planned campaign into one that actually runs.
Course and membership platform administration
Course modules, access rules, student journeys and enrolment processes
Webinar and event launch setup
Offer setup and campaign implementation
Email and SMS campaign scheduling and deployment
Registration forms, landing pages, confirmations and follow-up sequences
Campaign workflows, tags, segmentation and launch-week troubleshooting
Coordinating campaign assets and technical requirements across the team
03
Operational systems & coordination
The connective work between teams and platforms, so implementation does not stall between people.
SOPs and process documentation
Cross-platform coordination
Operational checklists and implementation tracking
Troubleshooting workflow, access and permission issues
Identifying repetitive tasks that could be simplified or automated
Coordinating technical requirements between marketing, sales, coaching and admin
Keeping visibility over implementation tasks and outstanding requirements
04
Reporting, monitoring & continuous improvement
Checking that what was built is still doing its job, and writing down what could be better.
Workflow and automation health checks
CRM data organisation and quality checks
Campaign and process monitoring
Operational reporting and dashboard support
Identifying process bottlenecks and recurring issues
Documenting improvement opportunities
Reviewing existing systems and recommending practical refinements
Where I fit. I work alongside the marketing strategist, copywriter, designer and coaching team rather than in place of them. My role is to turn their strategy and assets into a functioning, coordinated system, and to keep that system working afterwards.
On what needs approval. Some improvements I can implement directly. Others need account access, a decision from you, or coordination with another team member. I flag which is which rather than assume.

The work behind the words.
Projects may include client work, practice implementations, and concept builds. Every build here is labelled as a concept or a practice build, according to its actual scope. Concept sites have no live URL; each one plays as a full walkthrough recording.
Featured builds
Funnel projects
From landing page to next step: how an offer, a lead-capture mechanism, and the next customer action fit together. Only live functionality and integrations that I can demonstrate are claimed.
Automation demonstrations
The logic behind a connected customer journey.
These are workflow demonstrations, not claims of measured revenue growth. They show how I think through automation. Each demo is interactive and shown at full width so you can follow every step.
CRM case study: high-ticket consulting program
Six connected workflows, one system.
A system architecture showcase. Each description covers only what is visible in the build screenshots. Client details are not shown, and no performance metrics are claimed. Click any canvas to open it at a readable size.

Tags
The "001 | Lead Qualification" category holds eight tags: new lead, appointment booked, nurture active, showed, no-show, cancelled, rescheduled, customer.
Custom fields
A "High-Ticket Sales Fields" folder with six fields: Service Interest, Payment Range, Purchase Timeline, Lead Temperature, Lead Source Detail, Primary Challenge.
How I work
Understand the process before automating it.
01
Understand the business
The offer, the audience, the existing tools, and the process you want to improve.
02
Map the customer journey
Entry points, pipeline movement, conditions, messages, handoffs, and exit criteria.
03
Build with purpose
CRM components, pages, and workflows within the agreed scope, each with a clear role.
04
Test the important paths
Conditions, timing, contact updates, and alternative paths, depending on scope and access.
05
Document, monitor and improve
What was built, how the main parts work, what to watch, and what could be refined next.
The technology behind the work
An evolving toolkit for building and connecting systems.
These are the platforms I work in and keep learning. Listing a tool here is not a claim of expert-level proficiency in it, and it does not mean the tool is part of any one business's setup. I add to this when something earns its place.

About Doreen
Two years inside the systems, powered by iced coffee.
I'm Doreen, the person behind DAP Horizon, and Ree to the people I build with. I've spent two years inside GoHighLevel, long enough to know where workflows quietly break and how to make the next one clearer. Coffee is my best friend, and it's usually next to me when a pipeline finally clicks into place.
My work sits where GoHighLevel implementation, customer journey design, and business operations meet. Supporting online business operations gave me practical experience with CRM administration, email and SMS campaigns, pipeline management, course and membership operations, and client support.

Credential
HLA Automation Builder
I hold the HLA Automation Builder certificate, awarded for successfully building a full CRM in HighLevel, recognized and validated by HL Accelerator, and I keep building through practical projects.
Automation shouldn't exist for its own sake. It should serve a defined purpose, fit the business process, and be understandable to the people who use it.
How I think. How I build. How I work.
Ongoing partnership
Monthly operational systems & implementation support.
Consistent support for the systems, campaigns and operational processes that keep the business moving. From implementation and troubleshooting to ongoing optimisation, documentation and coordination, I provide continuity across the work that connects the team and the technology.
One consistent operational point of contact
Someone who already knows how the platforms are wired together, so context does not have to be re-explained each time.
Ongoing maintenance of existing systems
Workflows, pipelines, tags and integrations checked and kept working as the business and its offers change.
Support for new campaigns, launches and offers
The technical build behind each one: pages, forms, sequences, access rules, tags and the testing before it goes out.
Workflow troubleshooting and implementation
Issues investigated and either resolved or escalated with enough detail for someone else to decide quickly.
Documentation and process continuity
SOPs, process maps and handover notes kept current, so the setup stays understandable to the team.
Improvements prioritised against business needs
A running list of what could be better, ordered by what would actually help, rather than changes for their own sake.
Coordination across your existing specialists
Technical requirements carried between marketing, sales, coaching and admin so work does not stall between people.
Alongside, not instead of. This is not a replacement for the marketing team, the designer or any other specialist. It is one person who understands the operational connections between their work and keeps those connections running.
Still to discuss. Scope, hours, priorities and terms are better agreed in conversation than assumed on a website, so nothing is set out here.
